CCI Logistics actively engages in various corporate social responsibility initiatives aimed at serving the communities we work in. We work on a range of issues through selected NGOs supporting causes like health and wellness of woman and physically challenged children, medical assistance for the poor and active resistance of child labour.
We value the role of education in moulding a healthy and happy society and strive to do our bit in the process. In continuance of this effort, we provide stationery support in the form of note books to some impoverished children in Mumbai. While a small gesture, it is a step towards a bigger journey we have undertaken to fulfil our responsibility towards the future of this country.
One of the recent works in the field of girl child wellness was the installation of sanitary napkin dispensing machines in various girls’ schools in West Bengal. We understand that a healthy community begins with the healthy and educated girl child. It is a well-known fact that girls from under privileged sections are not able to attend school due to lack of sanitary assistance during menstruation. The deployed vending machines are serving these girls in sixteen schools in and around Kolkata and providing them a chance at proper education.
